A lively, bright sunny-yellow colour. The nose is highly complex, with aromas of grapefruit, peach, dried flowers and wet limestone. Fresh and smooth on the palate, with a fine mineral character and excellent overall balance.
The biodynamically cultivated grapes are harvested by hand. After pressing, the must is settled and clarified. Spontaneous fermentation takes place with the indigenous yeasts naturally present on the grapes. The wine is then matured on its fine lees in stainless-steel tanks for nine months and bottled according to the biodynamic calendar.
