Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer.
• If the product is defective, damaged or otherwise faulty due to circumstances attributable to us, please contact us by telephone within 3 days of delivery. Where a return or exchange is appropriate, we will arrange it accordingly. We may ask you to send photographs showing the condition of the product.
• If you do not wish to receive a replacement, we will issue a refund to your designated bank account.
• We will cover the shipping costs for the return and any replacement shipment.
