Greece’s winemaking history reaches back millennia, but its modern identity is being redrawn through indigenous grapes and sharply contrasting regions. Santorini preserves ungrafted Assyrtiko in volcanic soils; mountainous Aegialia gives altitude and freshness to Roditis and Agiorgitiko; Nemea is the historic heartland of Agiorgitiko; and in Macedonia, Naoussa and the Amyndeo plateau continue the northern tradition of Xinomavro through red, rosé and traditional-method sparkling wine. The collection extends from white, orange and retsina to sparkling and red wines, alongside Greek olive oil and Santorini beer.
