Wine has been made on the plains of La Mancha since Roman times. The expansion of cooperatives during the twentieth century helped make it one of the world’s largest wine regions; this collection narrows that immense landscape to certified-organic and biodynamically farmed vineyards. Verdejo and Tempranillo represent the plateau’s white and red wines, accompanied by Picual olive oil from the same agricultural landscape.
