Belgian wine is both an old and a new story. Vineyards were recorded in medieval Wallonia, but the tradition largely disappeared before its modern revival at the northern edge of European viticulture. At Neerheylissem, Chardonnay ripens slowly, retaining the freshness and acidity that distinguish cool-climate wine. The collection presents two expressions: a precise, mineral white and a long-macerated orange wine.
