" Very pale gold. Completely unexpected aroma: honeyed citrus and apricot, deeply aromatic but not grapey. Smells a little like mature champagne. Tastes a little like mature champagne, too – a biscuity taste but cut through with bright citrusy freshness. Not like any Muscat I have tasted before. Finishes on a cedary note. Really high acidity but all in balance. "
