Fruit pét-nat made of Swedish apples, pears and plums from Ekerö and Märsön (two islands just outside of Stockholm).
The star of the show, and the clearest note of flavor, are the plums, which went through a semi-carbonic maceration for about six weeks before blending, creating a juicier character with soft acidity. No Filtration/ Fining. No added SO2.
