100% apple Single orchard blend from 80-90+ years-old trees located just an hour outside of Stockholm. Five days of maceration. It was seasoned with foraged wild seedling apples (5%).
The terroir is an old sea bed which gives it a remarkable salinity. No Filtration/ Fining. No added SO2.
