Fruit pét-nat made of a field blend of Swedish apples from old orchards co-fermented with Alexander Lukas pears.
The wild blueberries were picked from Swedish forests and wet macerated for 4 months in apple cider along with the aronia berries. No Filtration/ Fining. No added SO2.
