Vineyard Information
– Location: Brabant, Chaam
– Soil: Sandy with some Clay
– Altitude: just above sea level
– Year the vines were planted: 2004
– Agricultural method: Organic certified, in conversion to biodynamic (Demeter from September 2021). Zero spraying in the vineyard, not even cupper or sulphur.
Winemaking process
– Harvest date: beginning to mid-october
– Harvested by hand in boxes of 15kg
– Destemmed and crushed
– Fermentation vessel: stainless steel
