Santorini Brewing Company makes fresh, unfiltered Donkey beers in Mesa Gonia, at the heart of the island’s wine country. Its multicultural founding team brought together Serbian brewer Boban Krunic, American Majda Anderson, Greek oenologist and winemaker Yiannis Paraskevopoulos, and English wine merchant and brewing enthusiast Steve Daniel. Yellow Donkey is its bright, easy-going ale, while Crazy Donkey was Greece’s first IPA.
