Brutes
Brutes was created by a small Stockholm-based group of friends brought together by natural wine. Apples and pears are gathered from old orchards around Lake Mälaren and elsewhere in Sweden, then macerated and wild-fermented with minimal intervention. Some ciders incorporate plums, wild berries or grape skins from Pinot Noir and Blaufränkisch, creating dry, energetic expressions that move freely between cider and wine.
