Vouni Panayia
Andreas Kyriakides founded Vouni Panayia in 1987 as Cyprus’s first private regional winery. Today, his sons Yiannis and Pavlos, both trained in viticulture and oenology in Florence, continue the family’s focus on indigenous grapes. Between 850 and 1,100 metres in the Paphos highlands, ungrafted, dry-farmed bush vines produce Xynisteri, Spourtiko, Morokanella, Mavro and Maratheftiko as white, orange, rosé and red wines.
