Casreli
Casreli began in 2014 when five physician friends established a small vineyard near Vachnadziani, on the right bank of Kakheti’s Alazani Valley. Their medical background informs a scrupulous approach to cellar hygiene and unusually precise natural qvevri wines. Organically cultivated Rkatsiteli, Kakhuri Mtsvane, Khikhvi and rare Chitistvala become amber wines through skin contact, with Saperavi providing the red.
