Bodegas Parra Jiménez
Brothers Francisco, Javier and Luis Parra began producing organic wine in La Mancha in 1993 and converted to Demeter-certified biodynamic agriculture in 2008. Their mixed farm brings vineyards, cereals, garlic and native black Manchega sheep into a largely closed agricultural cycle. The next generation, led by winemaker Pablo Parra, works with minimal intervention to produce Verdejo, Tempranillo, Garnacha and orange wine, alongside biodynamic Picual olive oil.
