Adega Vidigueira
Adega Cooperativa de Vidigueira, Cuba e Alvito was founded in 1960 in one of the Alentejo’s historic centres of white-wine and talha production. Professor Arlindo Maria Ruivo, whose father-in-law helped establish the cooperative, learned clay-vessel winemaking from him in the 1960s and became an important guardian of the tradition. The collection brings together old-vine talha wine with varietal Antão Vaz and Alicante Bouschet.
