XXVI Talhas
XXVI Talhas revived winemaking in the old Adega do Mestre Daniel in Vila Alva, where 26 clay talhas gave the project its name. Winemaker Ricardo Santos, a childhood friend of Daniel Parreira, proposed bringing the long-silent cellar back to life and remains the central force behind its wines. Since the first vintage in 2018, local field blends have become white and palhete wines through native fermentation and extended contact in small talhas.
