Château Khoury
Raymond and Brigitte El Khoury planted Château Khoury above Zahlé in 1995, at around 1,300 metres. Their son Jean-Paul joined the estate in 2005 after studying oenology in Reims and now brings his French training to the family’s winemaking. Certified-organic vineyards on clay-limestone slopes give cool nights and slow ripening to Syrah, Cabernet, Merlot and Alsatian varieties including Riesling, Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer.
